WELCOME TO THE AUGUST EDITION
OF THE PROPSOLVE NEWSLETTER

It has been a little while since our last newsletter and lots has happened since that time.

Our property stock levels continue to grow, and are poised to grow significantly more in the near future. We have now added a new national firm of attorneys to our team to facilitate the rapid conclusion of our deals across the country. We have also added a number of new estate agent partners, thus further expanding our network. Not least, we are now in the process of rolling out our new systems which will enable sellers and buyers to supply us electronically with all necessary information … eliminating all paper based forms!

In this edition, we show buyers how they can help themselves in finding Instalment Sale properties where such properties are not currently available through Propsolve.

Also, for a seller who is battling to sell their property but needs to move on with their life, we explore the relative benefits of renting out their properties as a stop gap measure vs selling it on instalments sale.

We apologise for the absence of any alerts being sent out to date. We have had a couple of system issues to deal with and plan to resume these alerts shortly. Stay warm out there!
