WELCOME
TO THE
DECEMBER/
JANUARY
EDITION
OF THE
PROPSOLVE NEWSLETTER

In this edition, we are excited to present two new videos. The first explains why and under what circumstances it makes sense for a seller to sell on instalment sale. In the second, we give an overview of the entire instalment sale process, from A to Z.

Of special interest to buyers out there, we show you step by step how you can even find a property to buy on instalment sale on your own. We'll then obviously help you from that point onwards…

It's been a very busy year and business is set to increase significantly in 2015.

We wish everyone a restful and peaceful holiday season.

Please travel safely. Regards – The Propsolve Team

Steve Wozniak and Propsolve: Driven by the same thing!

Earlier in the year, directors from Propsolve were fortunate to meet and exchange a few words with Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple.

In Steve’s words: “Our first computers were born not out of greed or ego, but in the revolutionary spirit of helping common people rise above the most powerful institutions.”

Similarly, Propsolve’s purpose is to help people wanting to buy and sell property, overcome the immediate constraints imposed by the banks!
